Day 1:
When boys A and B set foot in Poreč, they were immediately struck by cycling fever. Without hesitation, they mounted their steel steeds and set off on an exciting journey. The route took them through picturesque Višnjan, past the picturesque villages of Baderne to the stunning Lim Channel and back. After a well-deserved break, they tried their hand at technical training, where they practiced their balance and improved their skills.
Day 2:
The new day brought a new challenge – a longer training session on varied terrain. The cyclists tackled climbs and descents, tested their endurance, and enjoyed the beautiful views. In the afternoon, they took a relaxing walk along the sea to Poreč, where they treated themselves to delicious ice cream and enjoyed the pleasures of the sea.
Day 3:
The eagerly anticipated but demanding day had arrived. The cyclists competed in a challenging training session with climbs that tested their strength and endurance. In categories A and B, they also competed in a time trial, where they battled for victory and valuable awards. The best were awarded by Pogi himself at the evening awards ceremony, which was an unforgettable event for everyone. The cyclists spent the afternoon cleaning their steel horses and vans, while enthusiastically following Tadej Pogačar in the Milan-Sanremo race and keeping their fingers crossed for him.
There will be no shortage of cycling challenges in the coming days...
