POGI TEAM UAE GENERALS CYCLING CAMP FOR BOYS A and B

Last week, an exceptional cycling camp for 23 boys from Pogi Team UAE Generali was held in the picturesque village of Loški Potok. From Monday to Sunday, the young cyclists experienced an unforgettable experience full of cycling feats, sports games and technical training.

The first day of the camp was marked by the beginning of a great undertaking. The boys embarked on a 70-kilometer route that led them through the beautiful landscapes of Rakitna and Blok. Cycling was not only an opportunity to test your skills, but also to discover new routes and enjoy nature. The afternoon part was dedicated to sports games and technical skills training on the nearby playground, which provided an excellent combination of fun and education.

On the third day, the intensity of the camp increased. The boys set off for a demanding training session from Potpreska, their place of residence, and via Čabar reached the peak on Strmem Rebro. During this tiring day, they showed their perseverance and determination. After a refreshing lunch, there was training of technicians on the bike, with an emphasis on perfecting their skills. The day ended with a cleaning campaign of the club van, which also highlighted the importance of caring for the environment.

The Pogi Team UAE Generali cycling camp meant not only a week of activities and training for the boys of the A and B teams, but also a week of new friendships, personal achievements and priceless memories. Their passion for cycling and hard work led them to an unforgettable experience that will undoubtedly influence their further cycling journey.

 

 

OLDER AND YOUNG YOUTHS RACES IN CROATIA

Meanwhile, in Croatia, in Ivanič Grad, a cycling race for younger and older youth was held. The juniors impressed on the 65-kilometer route and won the entire stage for the winners. First place went to Vanja Kuntarich Žibert, second place to Žan Lopatič, and third place to Žiga Hamun. The older juniors overcame the demanding 100-kilometer distance, with Tine Jenko taking an excellent third place in the group sprint. With their achievements, the young cyclists proved their effort and dedication to cycling
