The Rog Ljubljana Cycling Association has been establishing itself as a cradle of young and talented cyclists for three quarters of a century. With its rich history and tradition, the club has raised numerous top cyclists and has won medals at world championships and the Olympic Games. The association is particularly proud of the successes achieved by former member Tadej Pogačar in the last five years. His support for the youth in the Pogi Team has attracted many young people and raised interest in cycling in Slovenia.
The Rog Cycling Association strives to be not just a sports club, but also a school for life, where young people learn the importance of healthy habits and hard work through sport. The association is home to the men's continental team Ljubljana Gusto Santic, the women's youth BTC City Scott Ljubljana and the member continental team BTC City Ljubljana Zhiraf Ambedo, as well as the children's and youth team Pogi Team UAE Generali.
For decades, the Rog Cycling Association has also proven itself as an excellent organizer of cycling races and events, with the @maratonfranja_btc_city , which is considered the largest Slovenian cycling event for amateur and recreational cyclists.
The members of the BTC City Ljubljana Zhiraf team participated in the World Tour race Tour of Guangxi at the invitation of the organizer. This year's race was enriched with a challenging climb through the Qingxiu Mountain Park.

The event takes place over three days, making it a true cycling festival. The first day is dedicated to team presentations, where all participants introduce themselves.
The second day is followed by the Japan Cup Criterium, which takes place through the main streets of Utsunomiya, where cyclists compete in a speed race. The final day is the highlight of the event – the Japan Cup Cycle Road Race, where cyclists conquer the steep climbs of Mount Kogashi.
